Have you noticed how sales people are no longer called “sales manager” and actually the person your dealing with for the first time has a different job title?

These days, selling is being considered more and more of a dirty habit, even though its actually a critical part of many businesses.

Nowadays, outright sales people may not be as saught after due to other ways of marketing such as digital, however the skills that a sales person requires are all still critical in a business environment.

are just some of the skills an effective sales manager needs and a lot of roles today still require.

These are all softer titles given for what is essentially a targetted sales role.
